What does your design service include? Do you offer original customization?
Our design services cover a full range of visual design categories including business cards, packaging, corporate promotional materials, membership cards, and custom promotional gifts. All solutions are original and customized—we engage in in-depth discussions about your brand positioning, target audience preferences, and specific requirements. We reject template-based designs to ensure each piece is unique and tailored to your business context.
Can I request revisions during the design process? Are there limits on the number of revisions?
Absolutely. We provide 1-2 rounds of initial design drafts, followed by 2-3 rounds of complimentary detailed revisions (e.g., color schemes, layouts, content adjustments). For significant changes to the core creative direction, we’ll collaborate with you to redefine the approach, finalizing only upon your full satisfaction.
What is the minimum order quantity? Do you support small-batch customization?

What if I discover quality issues (e.g., printing errors, incorrect materials) upon receiving the finished products?
If the quality failure is due to our fault, we will remanufacture and reship free of charge. If the issue stems from content errors you provided, we can negotiate a remake (charging only production costs), ensuring your rights are fully protected throughout.
