Due to the unique and non-stock nature of custom-made products, and as we perform strict pre-shipment inspections, please carefully read the following Refund Policy before placing your order to protect the rights and interests of both parties.
1. Core Policy Principles
① Nature of Custom Products: All products designed and manufactured according to your personal or business requirements (such as business cards, promotional materials, packaging, etc.) are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.
②Quality Assurance & Inspection: Each custom product undergoes our strict quality inspection process before shipment. We guarantee that the products delivered to you will match your final approved design proof and be free from manufacturing defects.
③Liability Definition: Any issues arising from the customer’s side (such as providing incorrect design files, wrong shipping information, or requesting changes after order confirmation) are not covered by this refund policy.
2. Eligible Scenarios & Terms for Refunds
You are eligible for a full or partial refund only under the following explicitly defined circumstances:
A. Major Quality Defects or Shipping Errors
- Scenario: Discovering upon receipt that the product has severe, usability-impairing manufacturing defects (e.g., major printing errors, material substantially different from what was agreed upon, structural damage) or that the received product is completely different from your order.
- Resolution: Upon our verification and confirmation of our liability, we will, after consultation with you, offer one of the following solutions:
① Free re-production and re-shipment (preferred solution).
② If re-production is not possible or necessary, provide a full refund.
- Customer Obligation: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the problematic product via email within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of receiving the shipment, along with your order information. Claims filed after this period will be considered as acceptance of the product.
B. Termination During the Design Service Process
- Scenario: When a pure design service (not yet entered the production phase) cannot proceed.
- Terms:
① Before Design Work Commences: If you cancel after paying the design fee but before our designer has started work, you are eligible for a full refund.
② During the Design Process: If, after multiple rounds of revisions based on initial or subsequent drafts, the work still does not meet your requirements, you may choose to terminate the project. We will refund the balance after deducting fees for the work completed (typically not exceeding 50% of the project fee).
③Upon Design Completion: Once the final design proof is approved by you and the source files are delivered, the design service is considered complete, and the fee is non-refundable.
C. Order Cancellation by Us
- Scenario: In rare instances where we are unable to fulfill an order due to our reasons (e.g., force majeure shortage of raw materials).
- Resolution: We will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.
3. Scenarios Not Eligible for a Refund
- The custom product is produced correctly (matching the approved proof), but you are subjectively dissatisfied (e.g., color or layout differs from your personal expectation).
- Issues with the final product resulting from errors, format issues, or insufficient resolution in the design files you provided.
- Problems arising after delivery due to personal reasons (e.g., change of requirements, incorrect address, loss or damage due to failure to receive the package promptly).
- Any refund requests made after the specified deadlines.
4. Refund Application & Process
①Initiate a Request: Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request: [Your Order Number]”. In the email body, describe the reason in detail and must attach relevant evidence (e.g., photos, videos, design communication records).
② Review & Communication: We will process your request within 3 business days and may contact you for further details or request additional materials. Please maintain open communication during the review.
③ Result Notification: Upon completion of the review, we will formally notify you of the outcome (approval or rejection) and the detailed reasons via email.
④ Refund Execution: If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment (e.g., back to your PayPal account or credit card) within 10 business days of approval. The exact time for the funds to reach your account depends on the processing speed of the third-party payment platform.
5. Other Important Matters
- Discounted/Sale Items: All special offer, promotional, or discounted items are final sale. Once ordered, they are not eligible for a refund unless they fall under Section 2.A (Major Quality Defects).
- Limitation of Liability: Sunnyrich will not be liable for refunds due to delays in production or delivery caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, significant international shipping delays/disruptions, sudden changes in customs policies). We will strive to coordinate alternative solutions and communicate with you promptly.
