Orders that do not meet the stated MOQ may not be accepted or may require adjustment before processing.
7. Custom and Special Orders
Custom-branded, customised or specially manufactured products may be subject to separate terms, pricing, minimum quantities and production timelines.
Once production of a customised order has commenced, the order may not be cancelled or changed except where agreed by Sunnyrich or where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that logos, artwork, text, dimensions and other information supplied to Sunnyrich are accurate and that they have the necessary rights to use such materials.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will generally not be processed until payment has been successfully received, unless separate credit terms have been agreed in writing.
If a payment is reversed, declined or otherwise not completed, we may suspend or cancel the relevant order.

12. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply where the Australian Consumer Law applies and operate independently of any additional warranty or policy offered by Sunnyrich.
